About Lou

Lou, a Baltimore native, has a deep passion for history and Ravens football. His hometown is also the final resting place of Edgar Allan Poe, a renowned artist who battled addiction throughout his life. 

 Lou's own transformation—overcoming obesity, reducing his A1C, and maintaining sobriety since June 2014—provides the app with a foundation of authenticity and relatability.
